Happy fall to everyone! I love this time of year, especially Thanksgiving. Josh and Amy are hosting Thanksgiving for our family this year - so the Parker's and Bendixen's are taking a road trip to Vegas! It will be a blast to have 8 adults and 5 little boys all in one house for a couple of days. This will be our first 6 hour drive and overnight trip with Maxx...I hope we all survive! But we wouldn't miss being with our family for anything. This Thanksgiving will be hard - it's our first one without Les. We miss her very much. Maxx is now 15 months old - time flies! He is such a character; learning new things every day. His best trick is blowing kisses (not gently, but loud and forceful) and waving bye-bye. He loves rocks and sticks and they usually end up in his mouth. He also seems to enjoy eating dirt and sand. He doesn't even pick it up - he just puts his face right down on the ground and starts eating. What'd ya do? He loves dogs and little kids or babies. He is a tender boy with a gentle heart, but very strong headed and stubborn (just like his dad)!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
